Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate
Job Type: Full-Time | Remote

We're looking for a curious, creative, and driven Digital Marketing Associate ready to grow their skills across social media, influencer partnerships, SEO, paid media, and email/SMS campaigns. If you've gained hands-on experience through internships, freelance work, or personal projects and you're looking for a place to build on that foundation this role is designed for you.

You'll join a collaborative team where ideas are welcomed, learning is constant, and your contributions will have real impact from day one.

What You'll Work On:

Social Media

  • Assist with planning, writing, and scheduling engaging content across platforms.

  • Contribute to copywriting, basic design, and short-form video editing.

  • Help track performance and identify opportunities to improve results.

Influencer Marketing

  • Support influencer research, outreach, and campaign coordination.

  • Help manage content approvals and monitor campaign effectiveness.

Paid Search & Ads

  • Contribute to the setup and optimization of Google and social media ad campaigns.

  • Assist with keyword research, ad copywriting, and data analysis.

SEO

  • Help implement strategies to improve visibility and search rankings.

  • Support keyword research, content optimization, and site performance monitoring.

Direct Marketing

  • Assist in crafting and sending email and SMS campaigns.

  • Work with CRM tools to manage audience segments and track results.

Strategy & Presentations

  • Contribute ideas during brainstorms and pitch prep.

  • Help put together decks and marketing reports for internal and external use.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have:
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • A strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn across channels

  • Internship, freelance, or project-based experience in marketing or content creation

  • A solid portfolio showcasing your creative, strategic, or analytical work

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or email platforms (bonus points!)
