Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Business Leader to join our growing health and wellness franchisor. This role is pivotal to supporting and guiding franchisees in achieving operational excellence, driving revenue growth, and maintaining brand standards. The Franchise Business Leader will serve as the primary liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchisee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, providing guidance on operations, marketing, sales, and customer service to drive business performance.
Operational Excellence: Ensure franchisees adhere to operational standards, including compliance with brand guidelines, health and wellness regulations, and best practices.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze financial and operational KPIs across franchise locations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing tailored action plans.
Training & Development: Deliver ongoing training programs and resources to franchisees and their teams, fostering growth in areas such as leadership, customer engagement, and team management.
Business Growth: Partner with franchisees to develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, expand customer bases, and enhance market penetration.
