Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both the creative and analytical aspects of marketing. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok, managing brand messaging, overseeing social media strategy, and guiding content development efforts. Basic graphic design skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools are a plus.

As a Marketing Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  
• Oversee the social media strategy and execution to maintain brand consistency and maximize audience engagement.
  
• Guide the content strategy for various platforms, including blogs, email marketing, landing pages, and short-form video content.
  
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging visuals and copy.
  
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly to keep our brand competitive.
  
• Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and performance reporting.
  
• Work with clients and internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or startup environment.
  
• Strong experience managing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  
• Demonstrated experience leading and implementing social media and content strategies.
  
• Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
  
• Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) are preferred.
  
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
  
• Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing campaigns for performance.
  
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in remote or cross-functional teams.
