Requirements

About the role :

Interact with customers to understand their business process
Prepare a solution plan to meet the needs of the customer
Configure and customize the Zoho suite of applications to map customers’ business process
Manage the expectation of the customer to ensure project success
Conduct personalized user training
Create walk-through videos

About you:

Must have technical skills:

2 – 5 years experience as a CRM consultant
Successful track record of implementing CRM solutions
Good understanding of Agile practices, Kanban, Epic, user stories etc
Prior experience in Zoho CRM will be an added advantage.

Must have soft skills

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Willingness to learn and be open to different perspectives
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Sense of accountability of individual and team deliverables
Knowdege of ZOHO crm, Desk, Projects Inventory, and other commonly used ZOHO Apps
Recommended but not essensial - Marketing Autmation, Finance Suit
