Responsibilities Include
Ensuring all EIV reporting has been pulled timely and stored in Onesite DOCS
Facilitating and monitoring EIV compliance
Tracking and follow-up with field team and RMs on missing, inaccurate reporting or open EIV resolutions.
Auditing to ensure required RPCS and internal Pre-approvals are obtained
Reviewing and approving MI, AR, IR and IC certifications following RPCS Pre-Approvals
Spot-checking audits of Onesite for complete file uploads and DOC management procedures
Advising and assisting team members with any issues pertaining to files or paperwork needed for inspections, audits or certification approvals
Qualifications
High School or GED
Ability to travel 10%, as needed
Experience using Onesite
Preferred Qualifications
Multiple state experience/knowledge of affordable properties
Familiar with multiple low-income/affordable program layering
Proven experience with Microsoft Office, EIV, HUD Secure Systems, and RealPage
Compensation* $20 - $22
Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
