Job Overview

RCR Telecon LLC is actively seeking experienced Power & RF Installers to support our mission-critical wireless infrastructure deployments. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and troubleshooting AC/DC power systems, RF components, and related equipment in commercial and industrial environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Install, test, and maintain AC and DC power systems in telecom environments.
  • Mount and connect RF equipment including antennas, coax, connectors, and waveguides.
  • Perform grounding, cabling, and power termination according to site specifications.
  • Conduct RF and power testing using specialized test equipment (spectrum analyzers, site analyzers, etc.).
  • Interpret schematics, blueprints, and installation documentation to ensure correct implementation.
  • Perform system upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance on wireless infrastructure.
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds company, industry, and client standards for safety and performance.
  • Maintain clean and accurate documentation of all installations, test results, and work performed.
  • Coordinate with team leads, project managers, and client representatives on job sites.
  • Travel regularly to project locations as required (per diem and accommodations provided).

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with RF and power systems in a telecom or broadcast environment.
  • Strong knowledge of AC/DC electrical theory and wireless systems installation practices.
  • Familiarity with RF principles, VSWR, PIM, grounding, and cable management best practices.
  • Experience working in commercial or industrial construction settings.
  • Proficiency with test equipment such as multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and site analyzers.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • OSHA 10/30, Fall Protection, and Lift certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation and quality control.
  • Ability to travel regionally and work in various environmental conditions.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday. Occasional night or weekend work depending on project schedules.

Work Location

Nationwide project sites. Travel required, with company-provided per diem and lodging.
