Engineering and supporting Linux and/or Windows systems in large-scale environments Building highly available, redundant, and performant infrastructure Using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) in production environments With scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate operational workflows Supporting virtualization and containerization platforms (VMware, Kubernetes, etc.) With version control and CI/CD tooling (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) Applying observability practices to identify and solve system-level issues quickly Bonus:
Experience operating OpenStack or other private cloud platforms Knowledge of systems security best practices and secure configurations Familiarity with cloud-native patterns, service meshes, or distributed systems
