Job Overview

RCR Telecon LLC is seeking experienced, driven, and detail-oriented Construction Managers to lead complex fiber, broadband, and cellular installation projects across multiple regions. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of telecommunications infrastructure development-managing crews, overseeing subcontractors, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery. Ideal candidates will bring commercial and industrial experience in fiber, broadband, or wireless installations and a passion for problem-solving in the field. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of fiber, broadband, and wireless installation projects.
• Manage subcontractors, site crews, and vendors to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Conduct site walks and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Interpret and review project drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee material procurement and equipment logistics.
• Coordinate with clients, inspectors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure project quality.
• Implement and enforce safety standards on job sites.
• Handle scheduling, task delegation, and performance oversight.
• Maintain accurate documentation including timesheets, inspections, and incident reports.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in construction management within fiber, broadband, or cellular installation.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, safety practices, and telecom construction processes.
• Experience with commercial and industrial infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction project management tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel for regional projects (per diem provided).
• OSHA 10/30 certification, Fall Protection, and Lift Training (preferred or willing to obtain).

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend or evening work depending on project needs.
