Our 300+ team of mega-talented and passionate folks are brought together with the unifying desire to make life easier (and better) for our clients and ultimately paving the way for banks and credit unions to modernize banking for everyone.The Cliffs Notes As a Sales Engineer, you'll work closely with our sales and partner teams to show our customers how they can use data to make better, more informed decisions. You will help financial institutions and fintech companies understand the value of our Data Warehouse solutions and BI tools, guide them through the integration process, and ensure they get the most out of our products. You'll play a key role in helping our teams understand and communicate the benefits of our data solutions, making it easier for partners and customers to succeed What you'll own: Support the Sales Team: Work with our sales team to show how our Data Warehouse and BI tools can benefit customers. You'll help explain the technical details in a simple, clear way so customers can understand the value of our solutions. Enable Partners to Succeed: Guide our partners through the onboarding process, helping them integrate our solutions and make the most out of our data tools. Provide training and ongoing support to make sure they can deliver the best results to their clients. Communicate the Value of Data Solutions: Help sales and partner teams understand and communicate the benefits of Data Intelligence and BI tools. Share real-world examples to show how our solutions help customers improve their operations and make smarter decisions. Problem Solving and Support: Be there to help both internal teams and partners with technical questions or challenges. Work with product teams to resolve any issues quickly and make sure customers have a smooth experience. Build Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with our partners and customers. You'll become a trusted advisor, helping them understand how our data tools can drive success and growth. Track and Optimize Performance: Monitor how our solutions are performing for customers and provide insights on how to improve and optimize the use of our products. Stay Informed: Keep up with trends in the fintech and data industries to help us stay competitive and provide valuable insights to customers. RequirementsNecessary Qualifications: A degree in Business, Data Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in a technical or sales support role, preferably in the fintech or data space. Strong communication skills: You can explain technical concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand way. Relationship management: You're great at building and maintaining strong partnerships. Problem solving: You enjoy solving challenges and helping others. Technical acumen: You understand data and technology but don't need to be a developer.Why Kinective? We're transforming our industry. The Team In this role, you would be a part of the [TEAM] and reporting to [ROLE]. Office Expectation This role is HYBRID, with an expectation of 3-4 days a week in-office. Our hours are 8-5pm.
