Job description

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST POSITION 


FNG is the IT partner of choice offering global expertise across 160 countries worldwide. With multilingual hubs in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and America, no matter the location FNG can provide comprehensive IT support and maintenance.


This role is an onsite position 9-5pm Monday to Friday


Responsibilities


  • Perform network troubleshooting and installing upgrades.
  • Provide on-site technical support and collaborate with client site contacts, tech support services & 3rd parties as required.
  • Provide support progress updates to managers as and when needed.
  • Monitor and maintain client systems to ensure peak performance and stability.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues quickly and maintain service continuity.


Experience


  • Proven record in delivering network support services.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize urgency.
  • Collaborator with excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Commitment to quality, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
