About the job

As the Director of ReOps, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence across our organization. You will oversee the systems, processes, and data that enable our go-to-market teams to operate efficiently and scale effectively. This is a highly strategic role where you will shape the operational foundation that supports pipeline growth, revenue performance, and overall organizational success.

In this role, you will lead the Revenue Operations team and be responsible for designing and implementing processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to ensure seamless alignment and execution across the company. You’ll work closely with leadership to provide actionable insights, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement across the customer lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Analytics: Build and manage a robust analytics framework for tracking marketing and revenue metrics, customer health, pipeline efficiency, churn, and retention. Provide data-driven insights to forecast revenue, identify growth opportunities, and assess the performance of go-to-market initiatives. Own revenue-related reporting dashboards, making sure stakeholders have visibility into key performance metrics and trends.

Operational Excellence: Build and optimize workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across all go-to-market functions.

Technology & Tools: Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools and technology to support operational efficiency and scalability.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership and teams across the organization to ensure alignment on priorities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.

Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine operational processes to improve productivity, scalability, and effectiveness.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Operations in B2B (preferably enterprise) environments.
  • Expertise with GTM tech stacks, including Hubspot (required), sales efficiency tools, and customer lifecycle management platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar quotas and driving pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and leadership levels.
