This nationally recognized law firm is seeking two seasoned Litigation Paralegals to join their dynamic team. If you have a strong trial background, love working side-by-side with attorneys in high-profile litigation, and know your way around state and federal courtrooms-this role is calling your name.

💼 What You'll Do:

  • Support attorneys across Product Liability, Mass Torts, and Commercial Litigation matters
  • Play a hands-on role in trial preparation and trial attendance
  • Draft, file, and manage pleadings and discovery in state and federal courts
  • Handle e-filing, calendaring, and deadline management with precision
  • Prepare detailed medical chronologies and organize exhibits
  • Keep pace with a fast-moving caseload and high-stakes trial schedules

✅ You're a Fit If You Have:

  • Trial experience - you've been in the room and love the adrenaline
  • Mass Torts, Product Liability, or Commercial Litigation experience
  • Expertise in eFiling (state & federal) and litigation calendaring

📊 Key Details:

  • Experience Required: 5+ years in civil litigation; Mass Torts preferred
  • Billable Requirement: 1650 hours annually
  • Salary Range: $85K - $110K (up to $115K for top talent)
  • Schedule: 9 AM - 5:30 PM (flexible if needed)
  • Hybrid Schedule: 2 days remote after 90 days
  • Location: 90036
  • Benefits: 22 PTO days + 10 paid holidays (increases after 4 years)
