Job Title: Product Designer

Location: New York City – Hybrid 3-4 days

Our client is on a mission to bridge the present to the inevitable by building the most sophisticated digital coworker for financial services (AI financial analyst function).

We are seeking to hire a product designer who will come on to help us expand our concept of Financial AI Agents. This Product designer will have a thoughtful user experience focus that makes complex financial analysis accessible and intuitive. You'll transform sophisticated AI capabilities into workflows that feel natural to investment professionals.

Responsibilities

Ability to create fully flushed out prototypes in Figma
engage with customers and stakeholders to understand UI/UX needs
solutions
have a technical understanding to know when the tradeoffs in engineering resources need to build certain design decisions

Requirements

Must be coming out of a startup (Preferably fintech/Finance)
2-8 years of Experience as a Product designer
Experience designing products and features 0à1
Figma, Adobe, Typescript/React
AI Experience
HTML, CSS
V0 or Bolt.new AI Experience is a plus

Compensation And Benefits

This position offers compensation ranging from $140-180K a year. Additional benefits will be discussed further down the process.
