Job Description
Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential new financing clients, engage with them through various communication channels, and create credit applications for the account management team. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment while contributing to the company’s success. This is a hybrid role based in Burnaby, BC, with a 3 days a week in office expectation.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in various industries that may benefit from equipment financing solutions
Outbound Outreach: Conduct warm outbound calls, send emails, and utilize other methods of communication to connect with prospects and introduce our services
Qualification: Engage with leads to understand their needs, assess their eligibility, and qualify them for the account management team
Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to ensure a smooth handoff of completed credit applications and provide necessary context for effective follow-up
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM systems to track progress and results
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively communicate our value proposition
Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly quotas for outbound calls, call conversions, and credit applications created
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or diploma in business, finance, marketing, or a related field considered an asset
Past sales, telemarketing, or outbound call experience an asset
Driven to seek new business and have a natural ability at building authentic customer relationships
Ability to collaborate and interact effectively within a Team
Additional languages are an asset, especially French or Spanish
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
Strong work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job.
Base salary for this role starts at $45,000.00/year with additional incentives that can bring your salary up to $53,000.00 to $65,000.00 OTE.
