The Company Creative Recruitment Consultant

This is a really exciting opportunity for two individuals to join an established recruitment agency within the creative space. You will focus primarily within the Digital Marketing and E-Commerce space, headhunting Senior Leadership professionals in the UK and Europe.

The founders have over 38 years of combined experience, during which they have built long-standing relationships with the likes of Lego, Asos, and eBay, demonstrating the calibre of clients you will have a chance to work alongside!

The Benefits Creative Recruitment Consultant

Starting salary of £26,000, rising to £28,000 after probation
Uncapped commission structure with no threshold (20%-45%)
OTE in year one hitting £55k, year two hitting £70k, and year 3 hitting £90k+
Fast-tracked progression, seeing your first promotion in 6-12 months
Training delivered by the founders and management team, consisting of 18 modules
4x holiday incentives throughout the year! 3x smaller European breaks for hitting team targets, and 1x SUPER holiday for individuals who are exceeding expectations!
Options to WFH on Fridays, although the office is always open for those who prefer to come in

The Role Creative Recruitment Consultant

Building up your own client base through BD, client meetings, and staying close to your network (following up on any business leads)
Sourcing top talent in the creative space through headhunting, networking, advertising, and speaking with previous connections
Interviewing candidates, preparing them for conversations with your client, and ensuring feedback is passed over within 24 hours
Negotiating the best contract for your candidate upon offer stage, including salary, additional benefits, and start date
Remaining close to your network and any news within the market, so you can ensure you are advising and consulting appropriately

The Ideal Candidate Creative Recruitment Consultant

A strong academic background with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
OR a background in a sales or commercial role (6+ months)
Genuine motivation to earn well, progress rapidly, and develop knowledge
Naturally competitive with the desire to outperform targets set for you
Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
