Your Impact

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive team player to support the Chief People Officer (CPO) and help drive execution across key People & Culture initiatives.

This role is central to how our People team operates: managing the CPO’s schedule, organizing projects, building internal-facing decks, and ensuring key priorities move forward with clarity and structure. You’ll be the person who brings operational calm to a fast-moving, high-impact team—someone who keeps the trains running while bringing energy and professionalism to everything you touch.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Executive Support (40–50%)

  • Manage and optimize the CPO’s calendar, ensuring the right prioritization of time and focus
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track follow-ups from leadership and team meetings
  • Coordinate internal meetings, working sessions, and team touchpoints
  • Provide light support with internal inbox flow and materials preparation as needed

Project Coordination & Operations (30–40%)

  • Track timelines and deliverables for People & Culture projects
  • Build and maintain clean, compelling internal PowerPoint decks for use with leadership and employee audiences
  • Support planning and logistics for key meetings, offsites, and team moments
  • Keep team documents organized and up to date (e.g., project trackers, org charts, shared calendars)

Internal Communications Support (10–20%)

  • Draft and edit internal updates, email drafts, and People team newsletters
  • Partner with HRBPs and team leads to ensure consistent, timely messaging to employees
  • Help bring structure and clarity to how we communicate across the team and function

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in executive support, project coordination, or operations
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
  • Confident building polished decks and internal-facing content
  • Brings energy, positivity, and a team-first mindset
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Communicates clearly, professionally, and with good judgment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Asana, Smartsheet, or Trello

Stretch Goals (Not Required, But Great If You Bring...)

  • Experience working in or alongside a People, HR, or Internal Comms team
  • Experience managing timelines or basic project plans
  • Interest in growing into a broader People Operations role over time with increased ownership of systems, processes, and internal programs

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • The CPO’s time is well-managed and focused on strategic priorities
  • Projects move forward on time, with clear coordination and follow-up
  • Decks and internal communications are clean, timely, and effective
  • The People team runs more smoothly, with visible operational support behind the scenes

The base salary for this role is $70,000-$82,500 . The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

This position is based in the NYC office a minimum of 3 days a week but most likely closer to 4-5 days in office.
