Who will you be working for as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a growing business who turned over £2m in revenue during their first-year operating! They focus in the GTM space across the UK and the US and already have 3 people on the ground opening their US office. Youll specialise in the senior-management level of the market, meaning average fees youll work on will be £37k+, and with the chance to take home up to 40% in commission, youll be earning very well!

What is the role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

  • Researching your market and outreaching new businesses you want to partner with
  • Meeting with clients to understand their values and ethos, as well as their hiring requirements
  • Sourcing top talent by tapping into your network and actively headhunting
  • Interviewing candidates, getting buy in, pitching your client, and shortlisting candidates for the opportunity
  • Managing the end-to-end process and ensuring you are consulting both clients and candidates on market trends and conditions
  • Consistently working towards hitting and exceeding individual targets set
