The Role

As a Finance and Operations Associate/Manager, you'll team up with the finance, product, and ops leads to design, run, and scale the internal systems and financial workflows that keep the engine running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Hands-on ownership of day-to-day finance operations including transaction management, coordination with the asset management partners and price reporting
Analysis of crypto-native data (wallet activity, token flows, DeFi integrations) for operational and strategic insights
Helping the company optimize and automate internal financial and operational workflows
Preparing and maintaining financial models to support decision-making and investor relations (budgets, forecasts, management reports)
Coordinating with legal, compliance, and external partners on operational processes
Supporting strategic initiatives including new token launches and special projects
Taking ownership of internal knowledge and documentation
Collaborating closely with a global, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience working with blockchain data
1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced finance or tech operations environment
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
Diligent, proactive, and highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Fluent in English (written and spoken), bonus points for German language skills
Experience working with blockchain data
Based in EU time zone
