SOURCING SPECIALIST (Remote)

Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist (Remote) to build and maintain strong supplier relationships, secure competitive pricing, and support key sourcing decisions. This remote role involves managing supplier databases, identifying new sourcing options, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business needs. 

Key Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, logistics, supply chain or related field would be highly regarded. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft word, PowerPoint, excel, and outlook, along with G suite of products including G mail. 
• A thorough understanding of sourcing methodologies. 
• Strong negotiation skills. 
• Sound people management skills as the sourcing team grows. 
• Experience with enterprise resource planning. 
• Has an eye for continuous improvement. 
• A natural time manager with the ability to manage a robust pipeline and pay 
• attention to detail. 
• Can deploy adaptability and critical thinking. 
• Proficiency in manipulating numerical data using spreadsheets.A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team. 
• Ability to run Procurement tenders & RFQ’s. 
• Ability to build knowledge of industry by monitoring and evaluating market dynamics and competitive 

• Source and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers. 
• Manage inventory strategies using tools like Netsuite, ZoomInfo, Slack, and Excel. 
• Run RFIs/RFTs, obtain and assess quotes, and coordinate product sampling. 
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. 
• Maintain and update the supplier database regularly. 
• Analyze cost breakdowns and provide sourcing recommendations. 
• Ensure supplier compliance with quality and ethical standards. 
• Collaborate with sales and procurement teams for smooth onboarding and supply chain alignment. 
• Develop process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
