Job Description:

The Vice President, US Sales will build and lead a best-in-class sales organization responsible for achieving sales objectives for BeOne’s oncology products within the US. The VP, Sales will collaborate with BeOne leadership to develop commercialization strategies that enable the BeOne oncology portfolio to meet its full revenue potential.

Essential Functions of the job:

  • Serve as an active member of the BeOne Core North America Leadership Team (CNALT).
  • Achieve sales targets for BeOne’s oncology products in the US, including BRUKINSA, TEVIMBRA, sonrotoclax, and the CDAC Degrader, among others.
  • Maintain and build BeOne’s sales function within the US, including the oversight, recruitment and hiring of sales leadership, field force and sales training.
  • Establish a culture that inspires sales leaders to build, grow, and drive best-in- class field sales teams.
  • Responsible for setting the strategic vision and sales plan needed to meet company objectives.
  • Work closely with Commercial Operations and Business Analytics to establish, measure and exceed field force effectiveness standards.
  • Oversight of the Commercial Learning & Development team, responsible for the development and execution of sales training programs for new hires, existing team members. This includes designing, delivering, and evaluating training sessions, assessing team performance, and providing coaching to enhance clinical sales techniques.
  • Partner closely with the VP, Marketing and VP, Market Access to ensure alignment of BeiOne’s US commercialization strategy.
  • Guide and support the US tactical plan, with a focus on the design, implementation and measurement of marketing and sales strategy. Lead the field implementation of the full promotional mix including sales, marketing, consumer, and digital resources and activities.
  • Manage and build cross-functional process and communication in support of the overall business strategy
  • Ensures that all sales activities are executed in full compliance with Company guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of pharmaceutical sales, sales management, and marketing or market access experience is necessary. Prior experience in headquarters role with National, US, North America or Global responsibilities.
  • At least 8 years’ experience managing oncology sales teams and a history of overachievement against
  • Oncology therapeutic experience required.
  • Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams and have the managerial courage to make and stand by difficult decisions.
  • Record of attracting and developing strong sales talent.
  • Expert at creating buy-in among cross-functional stakeholders. Experience engaging with and influencing C-Suite and Headquarters functional leaders.
  • Proven ability to grow and develop others.

Education Required: Advanced degree (e.g. MBA), preferred in business, economics, biological, or medical sciences. At least 15 years of industry experience

Computer Skills: PC, including MS Office Suite

Travel: 30-40%

Salary Range: $312,000.00 - $402,000.00 annually

BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.  Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
