Exploring new heights, we are looking for a Senior UX Researcher, who will play a pivotal role in driving the development of a new product, focused on providing our users with Holistic Wellness solutions.

This role is open to candidates based in Spain, Poland, Ukraine, or Cyprus. If you're not based in any of these locations and are open to relocate to Cyprus, we offer a relocation package and can provide you with sponsorship if required.

Challenges you meet:

You’ll be part of a product ecosystem that is user-centred by nature. Your work will be essential in highlighting the value proposition of our product, testing ideas, what works and doesn’t work and aid our team with prototyping.
Our crew needs to make decisions based on insights, rather than a gut feeling, often doing research on their own —and that is where you come in, democratizing research and helping highly experienced teams reinvent fitness and movement for our users, building frameworks that enable the company to see and act differently.
You'll build upon our collective understanding of our creative audience. Every moment spent exploring the user experience gets us closer to our users' worlds, worries, and wonders.

Your professional qualities:

You are practical and hands-on, with a preference for mixed methods. You plan your work strategically, by carefully listening and building up a solid understanding of the product, its audience, and the team(s)
You have a sharp mind with an eye for detail. You like digging, whether to get to the question behind the question of your stakeholders, or the problem behind the problem of our users. You like balancing research requests from the team with any insights gaps you spot to paint a complete picture
You enjoy working in a growing and dynamic environment. We're a small team with big ambitions. Even though you are a researcher primarily, you don’t mind supporting the team with other tasks, such as research ops and advocacy

You're comfortable doing evaluative research, having done this many times in previous jobs, and you can run a study end-to-end independently
You know how to get people on board. You’re comfortable working in English and communicate clearly and to the point. You know how to make insights land with your stakeholders
You can keep your agenda flexible to work with users across time zones.
