Job Description:

The contracts/pricing analyst is responsible for supporting operations and sales across GBTS.  The position is accountable for creating amendments and MSA's with pricing created by or assisting the Analyst Team. Build out pricing schedules and exhibits, validate pricing charts and fee tables. Cross trained to assist and support the Pricing and Solutions Team.
Additionally, the contracts analyst will ensure Epiq GBTS standard pricing rules are followed and validated to ensure budget, security, and audit compliance.   

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Using corporate Legal templates to create amendment and Master Service Agreements (MSA's)

  • Understanding legal requirements for contract language and terms and conditions

  • Understanding of service level pricing scenarios that encompass labor and equipment configurations

  • Communicate amendment and MSA language, pricing and fee charts to Sales, Solutions and Sr. Management

  • Monitor and complete all amendments/addendums/MSA's with operations / sales requested project support

  • Track individual weekly productivity and ensure deadline compliance

  • Accountable for validating historical pricing, equipment, and addendum/MSA documentation

  • Responsible for supporting the creation and documentation of staffing plans / staff painting analysis outcomes

  • Accountable for updates and version control with all pricing and contract workflows

  • Analyst will adhere to and measure individual job performance against individual and corporate goals

  • Comply with all Epiq ethical and procedural policies

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree, Microsoft Office O365 or Accounting Certification or equivalent service pricing experience preferred

  • Python certification preferred but not required

  • 2+ years’ supporting Outsourcing services and Solutions pricing experience

  • Familiarity with legal terminology and law firm environments

  • Familiarity with Corporate structured environments

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word required

  • Experience with IntelAgree or similar contracts tools a plus

  • Excellent skills in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and exceptional communication skills

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments

  • Ability to perform under pressure within established timeframe and provide a quality work product

  • Practice strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills

  • Ability to problem solve and provide consultative information around options towards pricing 

  • Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, staff and a variety of external entities including clients and prospective clients of EPIQ

  • Prolonged sitting and computer use are required

  • Some limited travel possible

The Compensation range for this role is 75,000 to 85,000 USD per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
