What’s this role about?

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager (Creative focus) to join Auvik on a 14-month contract and help us keep marketing and creative work running smoothly across teams. You’ll lead the coordination and delivery of projects across brand, design, content, and more—making sure work is scoped clearly, scheduled properly, and delivered on time.

While your focus will be creative execution, you’ll also jump in to support broader marketing initiatives—helping get key campaigns, web projects, and branded content off the ground and out the door.

What will I be doing?

You’ll work cross-functionally with marketers, designers, writers, and external vendors to keep projects on track and teams aligned. You’ll also manage the day-to-day operations behind our creative engine—from timelines and resourcing to file organization and invoicing.

Here are a few things you’ll be doing:

  • Manage project intake, scoping, and scheduling for creative work across design, copy, and production
  • Review creative deliverables for accuracy and brand consistency before approvals
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to clarify briefs, align on priorities, and ensure smooth handoffs
  • Manage numerous Web team initiatives. Participate in web sprint planning meetings.
  • Track deliverables, feedback cycles, and versioning for all public content including general collateral, branded materials, Blog articles, and videos.
  • Alongside the Director of Brand & Community, assist in the day to day operations and administration of Auvik’s Shopify store.
  • Maintain project timelines, resourcing plans, and budgets (including working with freelancers and vendors)
  • Contribute to process improvements that streamline workflows and asset management
  • Manage invoices, vendor payments, reporting, and organization of creative files (GDrive, Figma)

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience managing creative and marketing projects—ideally in a tech, SaaS, or an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows, campaign execution, and marketing operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator and collaborator who can work with various stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Figma)
  • Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and file types is an asset—no design experience required
