Job Title: Director, Adobe Experience Cloud Sales Solutions 

Compensation: $135,000 to $155,000 

Location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Adswerve is looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to drive revenue growth through the sale of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. In this role, you'll work with both new prospects and existing clients to secure large services deals, collaborating with our internal teams and occasionally partnering directly with Adobe representatives.

The ideal candidate will be a driven and results-oriented sales professional that exceeds sales targets, cultivates a strong pipeline of new and existing opportunities, and forges lasting client relationships that lead to multi-year partnerships and valuable referrals.  This position will also play a key part in ensuring client satisfaction and successful implementations by collaborating with internal teams, all while staying sharp on industry trends and product knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and outbound activities, focusing on high-value deals for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
  • Cultivate and expand existing client relationships by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for AEP, CJA, RTCDP, and AJO implementations
  • Craft compelling value propositions that demonstrate how Adobe's enterprise solutions can drive digital transformation and deliver measurable ROI
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with clients' business objectives and digital maturity roadmaps
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual quota targets
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (Solutions, Services, Marketing) and Adobe representatives to deliver comprehensive client solutions
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Stay current on Adobe Experience Cloud platform capabilities, product roadmaps, and competitive landscape
Experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in MarTech, AdTech or digital experience solutions
  • Demonstrated success selling complex technology solutions with proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products (particularly AEP, CJA, RTCDP, AJO) or comparable marketing technology solutions
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to business stakeholders and influence decision-making at executive and C-suite levels
  • Strong understanding of customer experience, data analytics, and digital marketing concepts
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

This position pays a base salary of $135,000 to $155,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
