🏢 About the Role

A U.S.-based growth marketing agency is hiring a Video Editor to create engaging videos for digital ads, websites, and social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and YouTube. This is a full-time remote role with flexible hours and async collaboration, ideal for someone based in Latin America.

You’ll work closely with a small, fast-moving team—including the founder—to turn raw footage into high-performing creative that drives results for direct-to-consumer brands in fashion, wellness, beauty, and more.


🛠 What You’ll Do

You’ll transform concepts and footage into polished, effective videos that help brands grow.

  • Edit and assemble videos for social media ads and websites

  • Add motion graphics (titles, overlays, simple animations)

  • Apply sound design, transitions, and color grading

  • Format and optimize content for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Meta

  • Collaborate with strategists and designers to align with campaign goals

  • Manage revisions and deliver assets on time

  • Stay current with platform trends and video best practices


✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a video editor who’s creative, detail-oriented, and fast without sacrificing quality.

  • Have 3+ years of experience editing for marketing, agencies, or content teams

  • Are proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiar with After Effects

  • Understand storytelling, pacing, and how to hook attention

  • Can edit for performance—not just aesthetics

  • Speak and write English fluently

  • Know how to manage multiple projects in a remote environment

  • Are based in Latin America
