Senior Front-end Developer (Vue.js)

To join our client's team, we require the following qualifications:

• 5 years+ of commercial software experience
• Experience building applications with the Vue.js framework
• Experience with NodeJs
• Experience deploying applications to AWS
• Experience deploying applications in Docker containers orchestrated by Kubernetes
• Familiarity with agile software development practices (Scrum, Kan-Ban)
• Familiarity using the following software tools/environment: Git, Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Visual Studio, MS Windows, Linux
• Great problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Familiar with microservice architecture
• Able to develop and work from specifications
• Familiarity working with UX designers in a user-centered design process
• Solid communication skills and experience integrating into highly effective teams
• Experience building complex technical applications as opposed to simple commercial applications
• Experience building responsive UIs that function well across a variety of device form factors
• Experience using the PrimeVue component library (nice to have)
• The expectation is that this engineer will be part of a small (4-8) person team building state of the art web applications for a range of personas from highly technical to executives.
