Dr. Daryl Eber is the Chief Medical Officer and co-founder of 3T Radiology and Research, a boutique medical imaging center based in South Florida. He's an entrepreneurial physician and speaker focused on innovation, strategic growth, and expanding his impact through high-level networking and thought leadership. His centers use state-of-the-art MRI, CT, and PET scanners and are among the few approved for advanced research studies in areas like Alzheimer's and heart disease.

We're looking for a proactive, organized Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You must align with the following core values:

This role is vital in helping Dr. Eber stay organized, communicate efficiently, and manage daily tasks across his business and life. You'll be a trusted partner and his gatekeeper, supporting operations, communication, and execution while keeping things structured, focused, and on track by minimizing distractions and ensuring priorities are completed on time.

In this role, you'll handle a wide range of responsibilities to keep his day running smoothly and proactively support both personal and professional priorities.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and organizing email, phone, text, and calendar
  • Communicating with staff and helping gatekeep the physician's time
  • Preparing daily briefings and prioritizing tasks and patient studies
  • Coordinating travel and appointments, including meal ordering and gym schedules
  • Using EMR/PACS to pull patient information
  • Supporting personal organization and task follow-through
  • Scheduling and moderating social media posts and comments
  • Provide end-of-day summaries, including reminders for the next day and a recap of completed tasks
  • Stay on top of ongoing tasks and communications to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and the day runs smoothly
  • Coordinate the production workflow for radiology reads and help flag urgent cases
  • Support high-level communications and scheduling for VIP contacts and media opportunities
  • Provide daily check-ins to review morning priorities and recap afternoon updates or changes

Position Details

  • This is a W2 position
  • Benefits include medical, dental/vision, PTO, sick time, paid holidays, and 401(k)
  • The position will be 40 hours per week
  • Hours will be Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm ET
  • Occasional availability outside of standard hours may be needed, depending on business priorities
  • Domestic travel may be required up to 10% of the time
  • The pay rate is $25/hr USD
  • You must be able to pass a background check
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
