- Design and maintain custom Apex classes, LWC code generation, and Flows that incorporate AI-driven features.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation or optimization through AI technologies.
- Develop, test, and refine prompts for Einstein GPT and custom GPT models.
- Monitor AI solution performance and retrain or adjust models as needed to maintain accuracy and effectiveness.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within all AI implementations in Salesforce.
- Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce AI tools (Einstein Copilot, Prompt Studio, Model Builder).
- Fine-tune Salesforce native AI models using Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein, Einstein GPT, Prompt Studio or Salesforce-integrated AI tools.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flow.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts, NLP, and working with AI/ML APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce metadata, API integrations, and Data Cloud.
- Certification(s) Platform Developer I , AI Associate, Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant, or Certified Administrator.
