• Public Cloud – Support Analyst
• Support tickets & resolve customer issues 24 * 7
• Support during War Rooms
• Technical support for deployment of cloud networking resources, cross cloud
• Coordinate with HCC and NSIS for Multi-Tenant firewall
• Firewall rule QA / deployment process for Multi-Tenant firewall
• Change management to Monitor network connectivity
• Coordination with NSIS on IPAM, rule management
• Customer consulting / office hours
• Capacity planning for Multi-Tenant firewall solution
• Monitor and support automation
