Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all project components run smoothly—from scheduling and resource allocation to communication and budget tracking. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits and Compensation: 
  • Php 80,000 to 125,000 per month (final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:
  • Plan, execute, and track project timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
Resource Coordination:
  • Allocate internal resources and coordinate procurement to support seamless project execution.
Meeting Coordination & Documentation:
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, document meeting notes, and manage follow ups and ongoing communications.
Project Management Tools:
  • Coordinate project scope and updates using tools such as ConnectWise and Loop to ensure consistent progress and visibility.
Issue Escalation & Resolution:
  • Identify and escalate project issues promptly and support in developing resolution strategies.
Task Management:
  • Assign, organize, and monitor tasks to ensure timely completion and alignment with project deadlines. 
Progress & Performance Tracking:
  • Track project progress and team performance and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
Financial Oversight:
  • Manage project budgets including tracking costs, handling accruals, supporting client invoicing, and overseeing related financial activities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Schedule meetings with stakeholders, define project requirements and timelines, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Client Communication:
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal project team, ensuring clear and consistent communication and expectation setting.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in project management is required
  • Proven experience coordinating IT or technical projects
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., ConnectWise, Loop, Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of budgeting and invoicing processes is a plus
