The Role
Wpromote is seeking a forward-thinking, execution-driven VP of AI Strategy & Innovation to lead the strategic integration of AI across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Wpromote by turning the potential of AI into real-world outcomes—driving efficiency, enhancing our product offerings, and creating meaningful market differentiation. With a strong foundation in AI systems, digital marketing, and operational design, this leader will serve as both a visionary strategist and a hands-on operator.
In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the execution of Wpromote’s five-part AI strategy, identifying high-value opportunities for transformation and designing scalable solutions with measurable ROI. You’ll manage a Director of AI Solutions focused on prompt engineering and QA, partner with cross-functional teams across Product, Transformation & Integration, Central Operations, and Delivery, and work with external consultants to bring early-stage innovations to life. The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $215,000 - $260,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.
This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and you must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible for the annual bonus.
*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions
