We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented GTM Systems Analyst to join our GTM Ops & Systems team. This role will support a high-growth, fast-paced go-to-market organization by helping manage deal desk workflows, ensure accurate reporting, and align cross-functional teams through data and systems. The ideal candidate has a blend of business acumen across finance, legal, and sales operations, along with strong analytical skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, collaborating across departments, and contributing to the development of scalable, efficient processes in a dynamic environment.
ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain day-to-day GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — ensuring data integrity, resolving duplicates, testing changes pre-deployment, and managing order form workflows.Build and maintain data pipelines and automations using SQL and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) to support operational efficiencyManage and optimize core GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo — including user support, configuration, and enhancementsCollaborate across global teams (including US-based Sales, Legal, and CS stakeholders) to gather technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable solutionsCreate and maintain reports and dashboards that provide insights into pipeline health, funnel metrics, and overall GTM performanceDocument systems, automations, and processes to support knowledge sharing, training, and long-term scalabilityProactively identify and resolve inefficiencies in existing workflows; drive automation and continuous improvementSupport ongoing systems maintenance, upgrades, integrations, and audits to ensure data integrityParticipate in special projects and process improvement initiatives, as directed by GTM leadershipQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field2-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Technical Support, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or B2B environmentHands-on experience with GTM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or ZoomInfo (Salesforce admin/configuration experience is a plus)Strong proficiency in SQL; scripting experience with Python or JavaScript highly preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating with US-based stakeholdersHighly motivated self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about process improvement and automationHigh degree of ownership, adaptability, and ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environmentExperience maintaining or improving recurring business processes and building scalable systemsHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to balance multiple priorities, manage tight deadlines, and communicate effectively across cross-functional teamsWhy This RoleThis is a high-impact position supporting the day-to-day operations and long-term scalability of our GTM systems.
