About Us
HST Pathways is on a mission to transform healthcare with innovative software technology that enables surgery centers to provide more cost-efficient patient care and better outcomes.  Our suite of solutions spans the entire case lifecycle, including scheduling, care coordination, clinical documentation, and revenue cycle.  Backed by Bain Capital, we are the fastest growing ASC software company and serve over 1,600 clients, but we’re just getting started and have plans to 10X the value we offer.  However, our big ambitions are only as strong as the team behind them, which is why we’re looking to build our team with the best.
What we’re looking for:

You are inspiring, authentic, intuitive, highly motivated, results-driven, and a fast learner.  You want to work for a company with a positive work culture that is fast-paced and evolving.  You believe that working for a diverse and inclusive organization is best and holds the values of One Team, Inclusion, Transparency, Agility, Empathy, Growth Mindset and Proactivity -- and you’re ready to be an ambassador that exemplifies these qualities.  You are data driven and comfortable with a high-volume workload (“roll up your sleeves” approach) and adept at dealing with a dynamic work setting.

Responsibilities:
As a Field Implementation Manager at HST Pathways, you will serve as the on-site expert and clinical liaison during EMR software implementations. You’ll provide hands-on support, deliver end-user training, and ensure seamless alignment between our software and real-world clinical workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced healthcare settings, enjoys travel, and is passionate about empowering staff through technology and education.

  • Serve as the on-site clinical liaison during go-lives, bridging the gap between software functionality and clinical/nursing workflows.
  • Provide real-time support to clinical staff during go-lives, including answering questions, troubleshooting, and reinforcing training in the moment.
  • Conduct micro-trainings or refreshers on-site as needed, based on observed workflow gaps or user confidence.
  • Assist in gathering and documenting feedback from clinical end users to inform future training, configuration, and product enhancements.
  • Identify and escalate workflow or configuration issues to the Implementation or Project Team for rapid resolution.
  • Standardize best practices across facilities, especially around documentation, assessments, and task workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Participate in pre-go-live site readiness reviews, assisting with onsite assessments to confirm workflow, hardware, and configuration preparedness.
  • Lead post-go-live wrap-up sessions, capturing lessons learned and outstanding items for follow-up.
  • Deliver engaging, role-based classroom, virtual, and onsite training sessions for facility super users, administrators, office managers, clinical staff, and physicians.
  • Facilitate center build activities and database configuration aligned with implementation goals and workflow design.
  • Track project activities using Rocketlane, Salesforce, and ticketing systems; ensure timely submission of documentation and deliverables.
  • Remain current on product updates, release notes, and HST Pathways best practices to maintain subject matter expertise.
  • Assist in updating internal curriculum and knowledge base content to support product evolution and training scalability.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and support adult learners effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Willingness and availability to travel up to 75% of the time (typically 3 out of 4 weeks per month during assigned go-lives).
