ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager + Email Coordinator that specializes in e-commerce brands. You’ll need to have exceptional SMM/design/creative skills with a proven track record of amplifying the social media presence, following, and engagement for an e-commerce brand. You'll also be responsible for managing email marketing via Klaviyo. You’ll be creating content, executing campaigns, managing email flows, and regularly reporting results back to the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns and schedules from scratch, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms
  • Manage Klaviyo email flows, sequences, and calendars
  • Brainstorm and create/design outstanding content (images, videos/reels, written) for posting
  • Create and implement a content calendar including giveaways, campaigns, collaborations, etc.
  • Continuously track and measure key social media KPIs (impressions, follower growth, engagement, CTR, etc.), while providing regular reports to the team
  • Optimize social media campaigns campaigns using A/B testing and analytics insights
  • Stay updated with social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve social media presence
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity on social media
  • Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years as a Social Media Manager for a DTC/Shopify/e-commerce brand
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Figma, and CapCut is a MUST
  • Proficiency with social media management tools preferred
  • Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills
  • Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection
  • Ability to work in any US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
  • Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
