JOB SUMMARY
As a leader in the Social Commerce space, L&R is quickly expanding and bringing on new brands to grow and scale on TikTok. The E-Commerce Account Associate supports the Account Manager in executing and optimizing social commerce and E-Commerce initiatives. This role plays a critical part in helping drive brand performance across digital platforms by assisting in strategy execution, campaign coordination, data reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the digital commerce space.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy Support and Execution:
  • Assist in executing social commerce strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive online sales.
  • Support the Account Manager in aligning campaign tactics with brand goals.
  • Conduct research on emerging trends in social and digital commerce to inform planning.
Platform and Channel Coordination:
  • Help maintain product listings, monitor pricing updates, and coordinate promotional activities on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social marketplaces.
  • Track shop performance metrics (e.g., SLA adherence) and flag any issues to internal teams.
  • Assist with ensuring system synchronization for products, inventory, and orders across platforms.
Data & Reporting:
  • Pull and organize data to support reporting on sales performance, campaign results, and shop health.
  • Assist in preparing recaps and decks for internal and external stakeholders.
Customer Engagement:
  • Help manage CRM activities, including sampling programs and influencer coordination.
  • Support live shopping events and affiliate sampling initiatives.
  • Liaise with customer service teams to ensure timely responses to inquiries and feedback.
Team Collaboration:
  • Partner with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to help execute aligned campaigns.
  • Assist in communication and coordination with external partners such as agencies, creators, and platform contacts.
  • Help document processes and develop SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce, digital marketing, or account support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experienced in working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with platforms like TikTok Shop, Amazon, or Shopify is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.

SALARY:   $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
  • Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM  Central or Eastern time
