ONE HITS is seeking qualified applicants to join our project management office as a Testing Coordinator.
Reporting to the Project Director, the Testing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the testing activities related to project implementation.
In addition to supporting all aspects of the project test plan, the Testing Coordinator will develop and implement system test scripts, conduct preparations for testing events, ensure site testers are getting the necessary system training in order to execute testing tasks, and coordinate testing issue resolution.
Success in this role relies heavily on coordination, communication and teamwork with both ONE HITS Teams and member sites. The Testing Coordinator acts as a coach for member site leadership throughout the testing phase of the project, ensuring good understanding of the testing methodology and testing activities as well as tracking site execution according to the project testing plan. They are also the liaison to the other PMO staff and teams to help them effectively coordinate and monitor the quality and completeness of system testing and validation.
