Position overview

As part of the National Marketing and Development team, the Digital Lead Generation Manager is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation through strategic brand campaigns and marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in expanding our reach, building affinity for our mission, and attracting new audiences to our cause.
As a strategic marketer with a passion for growth, they lead the planning and execution of NCC’s top of funnel integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels—bringing together creativity, data, and audience insights to increase visibility, grow our community of prospective donors and nurture early-stage relationships.
