 We are looking for an Enterprise Data Analyst to serve as a cross-functional data resource, reporting to IT while supporting Finance, Sales, and Operations with accurate, insightful data solutions. This role plays a critical part in optimizing data workflows, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring business units have the information they need to drive success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization, helping translate complex datasets into actionable insights. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining data models, reports, and dashboards, streamlining data processes, conducting in-depth analyses, and ensuring data integrity. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, integrate new data technologies, and uphold best practices in data governance.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000.  The actual rate of pay offered will vary based on applicant’s relevant skills, education, experience, certifications and geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs

This position can be based in Norcross, GA, Syracuse, NY, or Remote

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Data Management & Analysis: Develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle EBS database structures to support Finance, Sales, and Operations.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with FP&A, Sales, and Operations teams to provide data-driven insights, enabling strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Utilize Power BI and other reporting tools to create dashboards and analytics for business stakeholders.
  • Database & Query Optimization: Enhance data extraction processes, ensuring efficient and accurate reporting across departments.
  • Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data flows and automate reporting for better efficiency.
  • Compliance & Security: Maintain data integrity, security, and governance standards.

 

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Must have 3-5 years' experience with Oracle EBS databases supporting Finance, Sales, and Operations reporting needs.
  • Expertise in Power BI or other visualization tools to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Advanced SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets across multiple business functions.
  • Experience utilizing Quest Software's TOAD and other Oracle centric tools
  • Ability to design and implement scalable data solutions to improve efficiency across departments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience integrating data from multiple business systems for unified analytics.
  • Knowledge of operational and financial analytics in enterprise environments.
  • Background in providing data-driven insights to Sales and Operations teams.
