Job Title: Marketing Associate
Location: Kerala (Remote/Work-from-home)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Training Period: US Time Shift (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM US EST).
Post-Training: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives and help strengthen BFG’s brand visibility. This role involves both digital marketing execution and strategic support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and analytical with a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities at BFG

Manage BFG’s social media presence.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand messaging.
Monitor platform analytics and generate performance reports.
Maintain and organize the lead database with accuracy and regular updates.
Collaborate with internal teams for marketing support and content needs.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify marketing opportunities.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as presentations and email campaigns.
Help organize and participate in promotional events or webinars.
Coordinate with external vendors or agencies for outsourced marketing efforts.
Coordinate with the in-house sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
Monitor competitors' activities and suggest improvements for BFG’s marketing strategies.

Qualifications

An MBA in Marketing or a related qualification is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role, preferably within a service-based industry.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements

Must be currently residing in Kerala
Willingness to work the US time shift during the training period

Benefits

Salary & Benefits

Monthly salary range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000, based on experience and qualifications.
Annual performance-based increment of 5% after one year of continuous employment.
