SyncEzy is a growing Integration Company in the B2B SAAS space, with a strong focus on the Construction, Trades, and Service Industries. We work with the Best software in the trades industry, like Procore, simPRO, SharePoint, Office 365, etc.
We are fiercely independent & bootstrapped, NOT VC Funded. This is A TRUE Remote /Work from Home position. We have staff dispersed across 4 countries and 15 cities. We pride ourselves on running a flat organisation, with a friendly, easy-going culture.
Primary responsibilities:
Be the face and voice of SyncEzy NZ, our first NZ Sales representative. Single Point of contact for all NZ inquiries.
Follow up promptly on leads and emails from clients immediately over the phone, via email, and Via the CRM.
Connect with prospective clients through multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, SMS, phone, etc.), set demo appointments, and walk them through the software.
Manage and support the sales process from inquiry through the closure of the sale.
Track sales activities in Zoho CRM & the Ticketing system Zoho Desk.
Attend Construction Trade and Industry conferences and networking events in person and/or virtually.
Additional Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing and the support team to provide feedback on messaging, positioning, and other field insights to improve demos and presentations.
This role will also suit an IT Savvy Ex Trades person / Construction/ex Military / Veteran on the tools type of person who is looking to transition into IT / Sales / Relationship Management. Honesty, integrity, drive and a positive, can-do attitude to help our clients are required.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
5+ years' experience in a B2B-focused Sales role.
Self-driven, disciplined, and motivated to work independently without supervision.
Experience and understanding of selling SaaS subscriptions/software.
Experience doing Product Demos and sales calls via remote meetings/ Zoom / Google Hangouts / MS Teams.
Understanding of Construction, Trade Services businesses, Experience with a Trade software, Procore, simPRO, construction/project management software would be a massive advantage.
Tech Savvy and well conversant with all the latest in Office 365, SharePoint, GDrive, Dropbox, etc.
Construction or Trade project management experience would be advantageous.
Since this is a remote / work-from-home role, you will need to have an office or a quiet room with a plain wall background where you can work from at home. Minimum 100 Mbps up/down internet connection required.
A fixed permanent salary of 90,000 - 110,000 NZD per year.
We do not offer commissions, you will be paid a fixed salary like all our other staff.

This will be our first hire in NZ, so there is a significant growth opportunity for the right candidate as the team expands in Europe over the next few years.
