Requirements
Native-level fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Proven experience with spreadsheet management and data organization

Strong customer service orientation with a caring, patient-first mindset
Professional phone manner and excellent listening skills
Proficiency in standard office software and database management
Ability to work 35 hours per week across 6 days
Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
Previous experience in healthcare administration or patient support is a plus
