Job Description

As a Bilingual Healthcare Administrative Assistant, you’ll utilize your Spanish and English language skills to bridge vital connections between healthcare providers and patients, ensuring seamless communication and continuous care. Responsibilities
  • Connect with patients through regular wellness calls to ensure their healthcare needs are being met
  • Provide compassionate bilingual support to Spanish-speaking patients, ensuring clear communication and understanding
  • Maintain detailed patient records and organize data using spreadsheet systems
  • Conduct proactive outreach to identify and address patient needs before they arise
  • Document patient interactions and create comprehensive follow-up plans
  • Identify opportunities to enhance patient care and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients through regular communication

Requirements
  • Native-level fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience with spreadsheet management and data organization
  • Background or knowledge in healthcare/medical field preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation with a caring, patient-first mindset
  • Professional phone manner and excellent listening skills
  • Proficiency in standard office software and database management
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week across 6 days
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or patient support is a plus
