Role Name: Content & Social Media Strategist
Schedule:
  •  40 hours per week - Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm Santa Clarita, CA time

Overview:
The Content & Social Strategist is responsible for creating and managing strategic content across social media platforms and websites for assigned clients. Acting as both a copywriter and strategist, this role is central to the execution, task management, and delivery of content aligned with the client's goals. Collaboration with internal teams and timely, high-quality delivery are essential to success.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Write, edit, and optimize original content for multiple platforms, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with brand tone
  • Manage a queue of content and social media deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards maintained
  • Collaborate with Social Strategists and Account Managers to align execution with strategy and campaign goals
  • Track and update all task management systems, ensuring accurate reporting of progress and deadlines
  • Respond to internal and client inquiries within 24 hours
  • Participate in team meetings, strategy calls, and 1:1s with leadership
  • Implement SEO best practices in content creation where applicable
  • Stay updated on content and social media trends relevant to assigned client verticals
  • Deliver content and campaign materials on-time and according to scope

Requirements
  • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media strategy (1–3 years preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with SEO and digital content optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working with social media scheduling tools and CMS platforms
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work US or South American business hours
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
