Job Title:
Business Development and Marketing Support  

Client Summary:

With ambitious plans to grow over the next few years we have a fantastic opportunity for you to be part of our enthused team!

As Business Development and Marketing Support you will be expected to support our business development team with creating new leads and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities involve developing new potential leads using marketing intelligence software such as Glenigan,  or online news platforms. Alongside this, you will be expected to use online research to confirm the best contacts for such leads. This may involve extensive work on LinkedIn and other online platforms such as ZoomInfo or RocketReach we have access to in order to even establish the relevant contact.

Extensive emailing and outreaches to relevant contacts will also be a part of the role.

There will also be management of adding new leads and relevant contacts on our CRM system, Hubspot.

There will also be some requirements for Marketing activities such as brochure, case study and presentation designing, using the Canva software, as well as E-shots and Linkedin posts.


Main Job Roles:

⦁ Finding of new leads on Glenigan and online platforms
⦁ Discovering relevant contacts for new leads
⦁ Sending LinkedIn invites to new business development contacts
⦁ Identifying existing sites and contacts that are requiring our services
⦁ Finding relevant waste projects and contacts within Europe, using news platforms and company websites
⦁ Additional Business Development related roles as may be requested
⦁ Utilising the Canva software to support with various marketing material including brochures, social media graphics, newsletters, banners, presentations, and print collateral.
⦁ Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and marketing outputs.
⦁ Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
