The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate restaurant management roles across brands within the Inspire Brands portfolio. This role plays a critical part in supporting field operations by delivering strategic sourcing, candidate selection, and talent pipeline development that aligns with business needs. The Advisor partners closely with Operations, Training, and Talent Management to fill key vacancies, support new restaurant openings, manage transitions due to internal mobility or acquisitions, and strengthen internal and external talent pipelines. This role supports an assigned region or group and may provide recruiting coverage for other areas as needed, all while driving a consistent and solution-oriented hiring experience that reflects the values and culture of Inspire.
This is a remote-eligible role available to candidates in U.S. markets nationwide. Qualified applicants should be based within a reasonable commuting distance to a major airport to accommodate occasional travel requirements.
This is a temporary role with the potential for extension or conversion, based on business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee high-volume, full-cycle recruitment within assigned region(s), managing both internal and external pipelines to meet hiring needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Field Leaders to assess staffing needs, identify top-tier talent, and proactively support business goals. Partnerships are a way of life — we prioritize being solution-focused and responsive to field needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in recruitment best practices, including grassroots recruiting, recruitment marketing, campus recruiting, and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to Field Operators on hourly hiring, interview best practices, and ATS/HRIS systems to strengthen local hiring efforts.
- Promote diversity and inclusion by implementing sourcing strategies that attract candidates from underrepresented backgrounds.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice across all markets.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams and focus groups to support the successful execution of strategic TA initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment data and funnel metrics to generate insights, drive continuous improvement, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
Education Requirements
Minimum
Preferred
- Human resources, business administration or related field
Minimum Years of Experience - 2 years
- Required: Experience in a full-cycle recruitment function.
- Preferred: Background in high-volume recruiting across multiple locations, such as in the restaurant, retail, or similar multi-site industries.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Applicant Tracking System (preferred: Workday and Paradox), SharePoint, and Microsoft Suite: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Demonstrate proficiency in prioritizing tasks and daily responsibilities
- Skilled in written and verbal communications
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong ability to be a partner of choice with internal/external customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Travel Required
- Yes - Must be willing to travel 20%
