As the Marketing Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and standardizing processes and will act as the central hub for managing workflow efficiency across paid media, organic social, web & SEO, and creative/brand efforts within our internal marketing teams. Your primary focus will be organizing, prioritizing, and tracking marketing projects across multiple product lines, ensuring that deadlines are met, and resources are allocated efficiently.

This role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to detail to maintain a streamlined process for intake, production, and delivery of marketing assets. You will work closely with stakeholders, creative teams, media teams, and external vendors to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow & Project Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tracking and managing marketing requests from internal stakeholders across multiple product lines.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized marketing request system (Asana) to ensure clear visibility into project status, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Assign tasks and allocate resources across paid media, organic Social, SEO, web, and creative teams to optimize efficiency and workload balance.
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively flag potential delays or bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins with teams to adjust priorities based on shifting business needs.

Stakeholder & Cross-Team Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders (product teams, brand, growth, sales) and marketing teams to ensure alignment on expectations, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain clear communication channels to provide updates on project progress, roadblocks, and next steps.
  • Ensure key marketing deliverables are QA-reviewed and approved before launch.

Process Optimization & Workflow Efficiency:

  • Standardize marketing workflows to reduce inefficiencies and streamline project execution. Continuously evaluate for scale and improvements.
  • Standardize request intake processes to ensure proper briefing, clear objectives, and required assets for all projects.
  • Implement and maintain automated tracking and reporting systems to improve project visibility and accountability.
  • Work with leadership to refine SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for turnaround times across different request types.

Resource & Capacity Management:

  • Track the capacity of marketing team members to ensure balanced workload distribution and avoid burnout.
  • Identify resourcing gaps and escalate hiring or outsourcing needs when necessary.
  • Maintain an up-to-date marketing calendar to align campaigns and content releases across product lines.

Performance Reporting & Process Insights:

  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on marketing team productivity, project completion rates, and bottlenecks.
  • Analyze workflow trends and suggest process improvements to drive faster execution and better marketing outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in traffic coordination, project management, or marketing operations within an agency or corporate marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving process creation, documentation and standardization that scales.
  • Experience with spring set-ups, stand-ups and retrospective meetings
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (Asana)
  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams (marketing, product marketing, paid media, organic social, creative, web, SEO, branding).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise between stakeholders, marketing teams, and vendors.
  • Analytical mindset to track and report on project efficiency and workflow improvements.
  • Experience in SaaS marketing or an internal marketing agency.
  • Understanding of paid media, organic social, SEO, and digital marketing campaign structures.

Valued:

  • Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing.

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
