We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to support the full lifecycle of supplier contracts for our client. This role involves managing contract execution, negotiating supplier proposals, and ensuring compliance with client procurement policies. The ideal candidate will have experience with federal contracting systems and a strong understanding of solicitation and award procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support up to 85 supplier contracts from initiation through completion, ensuring accurate and timely execution of all contract lifecycle stages.
Process Contract Term Modifications (CTMs), renewals, and service change requests using the Clear Rate Management (TTE) System.
Lead supplier solicitations via email and the Clear System Advanced Sourcing Optimizer (ASO).
Negotiate supplier proposals and prepare Best Offer Proposal Evaluation packages for executive review.
Serve as department SME for solicitation procedures and provide end-to-end training on the solicitation-to-award process.
Basic Qualifications
Requires 4 years of experience in contract administration, supplier negotiations, and federal procurement systems.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with Clear Contracts Plus, TOPS, and Rate Management Databases.
Familiarity with USPS systems such as TCSS and TCC.
Strong understanding of contract terms, modifications, and compliance requirements.
Ability to draft, edit, and verify supplier contracts and amendments.
Experience supporting GPS-related contract validation and reimbursement processes.
