Work as part of a small agile development team, under the global development department
Use advanced technologies and tools such as Java/Kotlin, Spring, Docker/Kubernetes, OpenAI, paid AI development tools

5+ years of experience Software Engineering.
4+ years of development experience with Java/Kotlin.
Proficiency in Spring Framework.
Hands-on experience using Hibernate, jOOQ or similar framework.
Hands-on experience with async service architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar products
Good understanding of security flows in service architectures using OAuth, SAML, or similar protocols
Nice to have Tech Lead’s skills.
Familiarity with Scrum and an Agile Development environment and tools like JIRA, etc.
Conversational English level.
