As an offensive security analyst, you help identify, analyze, eradicate and mitigate threats to Desjardins's systems, networks and applications. You are brought to simulate threats based on the continuous evolution of offensive techniques and threat actors. You design, develop and implement offensive methodologies and tools, while mitigating the risks associated with their use. You follow rigorous processes and develop new ones to prepare the organization from cyberattacks. You advise and assist clients and partners on major security-related initiatives and development projects and you demonstrate in-depth understanding of drivers of change in the organization. You clarify risks using simple language to ensure everyone has a common understanding and you involve various stakeholders to strengthen Desjardins's security posture. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization's objectives and priorities. You help solve complex problems. Coordination is critical. Interpersonal skills are therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to :
Diagnose issues, challenges and needs related to offensive security to determine target outcomes.
Identify vulnerabilities and determine their exploitability. Analyze, map and explain threats to guide test activities and conduct medium- and large-scale penetration tests.
Develop and help implement objectives, solutions, action plans and intervention plans.
Analyze data. Conduct studies. Make recommendations. Write reports.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate knowledge of English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
