As a senior advisor, Federal Compliance and Client Experience at Collabria, you will be responsible for leading Collabria’s federal program in support of our federally regulated credit union partners. Reporting directly to the Chief Client Experience Officer, you will provide expert guidance, developing compliance strategies in collaboration with Collabria’s federally regulated partners, and engaging cross-functional teams within Collabria to execute on the action plans. You will also support business development, client program governance and client experience initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the federally regulated financial services environment, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex compliance relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is client-focused, regulatory-savvy, and skilled at navigating evolving regulatory landscapes. More specifically, you will be required to:
Develop and strengthen Collabria’s federal partner support framework, ensuring a consistent and strategic approach to regulatory engagement
Act as the primary liaison for federally regulated credit union partners, providing expert guidance on federal regulatory requirements
Lead monthly Federal Working Group meetings, fostering collaboration and alignment on compliance priorities
Continuously monitor and analyze changes in federal laws and regulations, evaluate their impact on Collabria’s business model, and recommend proactive, risk-informed strategies
Collaborate with internal teams and credit union partners to design and implement effective regulatory action plans
Support partners through audits, regulatory examinations, and remediation efforts, ensuring timely and thorough resolution of compliance matters
You will also assist with conducting business development activities and provide high-level strategic advisory support to client experience initiatives, including the administration of the National Program and related governance frameworks for other client programs

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of nine years of relevant experience

Experience professional capable of making strategic business decisions and navigating challenging discussions
Experience working in a federal compliance environment
Experience managing client relationships
Experience delivering presentations
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Advanced knowledge of key regulatory frameworks and compliance, example OSFI, FCAC, B10, Privacy
Advanced knowledge to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable guidance
Advanced intermediate knowledge Legal background
