Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Global Digital Content Producer to join the Global Marketing Excellent (GME) team to manage the production and delivery of high-quality content for our digital channels, including Omnipod.com and our international sites. This role will focus on ensuring content is visually appealing, engaging, and optimized for a diverse, global digital ecosystem. It is key in GME’s mission to elevate Insulet marketing from idea to impact.
The Global Digital Content Producer will work with the Director of Digital Strategy to own end-to-end web content creation. They will own development and optimization of processes to ensure content produced for omnipod.com and other digital channels is created on time, in line with brand guidelines, and utilizing best practices. They will partner with multi-functional teams to usher all web content from ideation to launch.
This role requires strong skills in a range of disciplines, including experience developing digital strategies, strong visual and writing skills, and detail-oriented project management. This role will often be expected to step in to help develop final copy and layouts but also will partner with creative agencies to develop larger projects. They will then partner with content owners through the medical, legal, and regulatory review process, then work with GME Operations and agency partners to ensure successful content launches.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director of Digital Strategy and cross-functional teams across regions to produce content that aligns with Insulet’s global brand and objectives.
Manage the end-to-end production process for multi-channel digital content, including planning, creation, editing, and publishing for both US and international markets.
Coordinate with designers, writers, developers, and regional stakeholders to ensure content is culturally relevant, localized, and meets quality standards.
Partner with the Global SEO Manager to optimize content for SEO, accessibility, and global search engine visibility to enhance user experience across all regions.
Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across multilingual and multicultural content.
Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics globally to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on digital content trends, regional preferences, and best practices to continuously enhance production processes.
Key Decision Rights:
Accountable for overseeing end to end global digital content process
Ownership of content creation including copy, layouts, asset management, SEO, and technical requirements
Consulted on content idea and requirements development, internal compliance reviews, and content build and launch
Responsible for ongoing review and optimization of existing content

Experience with diabetes and medical device and / or healthcare experience / HIPPA regulated products ideal, but not required
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong visual and writing skills with attention to detail, including experience with best practices for website design and layouts
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines across regions.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital tools including Photoshop, Figma, and Asana, or similar
Knowledge of paid digital channels, SEO, web analytics, and localization best practices.
Experience with legal and healthcare-related review processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience building consensus and gaining buy-in from colleagues, leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders
Passion for creating impactful content that improves lives worldwide.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred field of study Communications, Marketing, Media Production)
5 years proven experience in global content production, preferably for digital platforms
Preferred
Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry experience
Experience working on a global marketing team
Preferred driving distance to Acton, MA or London, UK office to support semi-regular on-site meeting, could be up to 2-3 days per month
Additional Information
Travel is estimated at 10-20% but will flex depending on business needs; international travel is required
Flexibility to take morning and evening calls to align with international business hours as needed

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,850.00 - $161,775.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
